Set amid the rural tranquility of the Russian forest ,
Novogorsk Estate has been specially developed to
meet the rapidly expanding residental & recreational
needs of the expatriate community of Moscow.
Luxurious North American homes have been desig-
ned and built to provide families with a secure and
comfortable home in a peaceful forest setting.
The properties are grouped in clusters to foster a
sense of community, while at the same time ensu-
ring privacy, with each home having ample place.
The first phase of the development programme
provides for construction of 11 units scheduled for
completion end of summer 1998. Once fully com-
pleted, the overall scheme shall comprise of up to
150 houses.
